I had a dent on the front left quarter panel of my new truck… called Premium Dent Repair (PDR) who responded quickly and provided a quote on the same day based on photos I sent.Vijay was the technician that was sent to repair the damage. Vijay arrived at my home well within the timeframe I was provided. Vijay was professional and meticulous. He took the time to explain what he would be doing and completely repaired the damage… his experience and technique was top notch. I contacted this company for an estimate on the repair of a small dent on the hood of My Kia Forte 5 GT. I received a response from Tyler on a Saturday morning, about an hour after making the request. I sent the photos he requested and Sharon Called the next day ( A Sunday) and sent me a very reasonable quote. I approved and asked when the repair could be done. Response.... tomorrow (Monday). Vijay, the technician, arrived on time, and completed the repair in about an hour. Results were totally awesome! There is no way for me to provide more than 5 stars but this experience rated a hundred stars!!! Thanks to the Premium Dent Repair staff for a job , more than, well done!!!read more

After my car getting hit by a rolling shopping cart in the grocery store parking lot, I was left with a nasty dent that I was pretty upset about. I made an appointment with PDR and they came right to my home 3 days later to fix it! I was extremely pleased with their service - fast, friendly and reliable. Tyler was here for about an hour, and within that time, he left my car looking like the dent had never happened, good as new! I’m so so so happy with the results and would recommend this company to anyone in need of a paintless dent repair!read more

I was faced with a $1500 body shop repair after hitting my Shark Fin antenna on an overhead parking lot obstruction and putting a small dent on the roof of my vehicle. The dealership and their Paintless Dent Repair people said it couldn’t be done without dropping the roof liner ($$$).These folks came to my house the next day and spent an hour fixing the issue to my complete satisfaction. Vijai wouldn’t stop until it was perfect. Best $200 I have spent on my new Truck. Could not be happier and would highly recommend - so glad I called these guys to get that second opinion.read more

Tyler came and fixed more hail dents on my year old truck than I could count. After doing such an amazing job my wife let him work on her Challenger which had a dent from falling branch on hood, two other dents from other vehicles opening door into, the dents were also on difficult areas (corners and ridges) Dents are gone! So professional and came right to our house when a time was convenient for us. Tyler explained what he would do, and what to expect, he went way beyond our expectations ! Such a great job! A garage accident ended up in a dent in the door of my Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG, which Tyler from Premium Dent Repair was able to pull out and repair with no issues whatsoever, right in my garage! I had a few wounds on my new truck from the weekend storm and debris hitting it. I called on Monday and was shocked when they answered since it was a holiday and later in the day. I sent some pics and measurements.They were quick back with a quote and I agreed to it. They showed up the next and did the repairs right in the driveway.... Absolutely convenient, as I was at work and came home to the truck repaired.Great job done on the dents, they were quick and friendly, and I feel better than getting the panels refinished on a new vehicle.I will definitely be using them again and will recommend to friends and for paintless dent removal they are fairly priced which is nice..... And significantly cheaper than getting the panels refinished at a body shop.read more

[Car = 2 door Camaro convertible - red] Need to get things looking good again before the summer weather kicked in.I noticed a dent on the passenger side front fender of my car. The dent caused the car door to scrape against the fender every time I’d open the passenger side door; I have a 2 door car, I avoided taking passengers in my car just so I didn’t have to deal with the door scraping the fender and causing big issues over time.I searched on Google for a car dent repair service and Premium dent repair showed up. I called them, the receptionist was very nice and friendly. From that point I booked the appointment.The Premium dent guys showed up to my door and introduced themselves; from there they went to work. When the job was all said and done it didn’t even look like there ever was a dent on the fender to begin with. The passenger door functionally was completely restored (flush to the door well, no more scraping on the fender.)I recommend this service: 10/5 stars is my score for Premium dent repair.Thanks a lot guys!
